In the development journey of Yanyi Group, the completion of each milestone task is a battle that tests the team's wisdom and capabilities. Recently, Yanyi Group successfully held the Zanhuang Project Special Incentive and Recognition Ceremony, which not only acknowledged the outstanding performance of employees during the special event but also strongly motivated all staff to maintain a results-oriented approach in their daily work, ensuring tasks are completed on time, with quality, and in full.  

From May to June 2025, to ensure the successful achievement of key operational milestones for the Zanhuang Project, Ren Xuzhi, General Manager of the Zanhuang Project under Contracting Division II, coordinated efforts across multiple departments, including the Group's Financial Management Center, Cost and Procurement Management Center, as well as project finance, cost, procurement, and production teams. Working day and night, they meticulously reviewed contracts and documents, integrated internal and external resources, and engaged in negotiations and consultations. Over more than 20 days of dedicated work, the team united their efforts and worked tirelessly to complete the project's specialized tasks on schedule and with high quality. Among them, 11 employees stood out for their exceptional contributions:  

Procurement Department: Zhao Shuyin, Xie Dongsheng, Wang Huabiao  

Cost Department: Wang Fan, Ma Fei  

Production Department: Zhang Hongguang, Li Hejun  

Financial Management Center: Yan Min, Guo Shuqian, Zheng Peipei, Sun Haichao  

The Group awarded cash incentives of ¥2,000 per person to key contributors and ¥1,000 per person to supporting team members, along with an on-site recognition and sharing event.  

Dou Xiaohong, Director of Yanyi Group's Human Resources Center, organized and presided over the special recognition activities at both the Group and Contracting Division II levels. She stated, "It is the hard work of our colleagues that has led to today's achievements. This spirit of unity and dedication is the essence of Yanyi's culture." Ren Xuzhi, General Manager of the Zanhuang Project under Contracting Division II, reflected, "The team was fully committed, overcoming challenges and striving for excellence to ensure zero errors in every step, ultimately completing the task efficiently." Geng Xuwei, General Manager of Contracting Division II's Business Unit, emphasized, "Delivering on our responsibilities is our mission, and providing results demonstrates the value of our roles. We appreciate the recognition from the Group and the Chairman, and the team will continue to achieve more in return for the company's trust."  

Director Dou concluded by highlighting, "This successful campaign fully demonstrated the team's combat strength and cohesion, earning high praise from the company and the Chairman. We hope everyone will translate this experience into motivation, continue to lead by example, and drive the team to new heights."  

During the employee recognition segment at the Group's Hengshui headquarters, Zheng Peipei from the Financial Management Center expressed his excitement: "This reward has given me even greater motivation. In the future, I will devote myself to every challenge with renewed enthusiasm and live up to the company's expectations." Guo Shuqian humbly shared her gratitude: "I will continue to hold my ground, go all out to fulfill our mission, and repay the company's trust with tangible results." Sun Haichao deeply felt the company's trust and care, stating firmly, "No matter what challenges lie ahead, I will stand shoulder-to-shoulder with my team, uphold our mission, and contribute my all to Yanyi Group's growth."  

Yan Min, the newly appointed Finance Manager, shared with Director Dou after receiving the award: "When I joined in March and attended the safety recognition event you hosted, I was moved to see that even routine work could earn bonuses. Never did I expect that three months later, I would be the one recognized and rewarded with a ¥2,000 bonus—I’m thrilled! Thank you for the Group's recognition and the Chairman's support. I will keep striving for excellence!"  

Director Dou encouraged all awardees to remain proactive, calling on everyone to enhance communication, share operational insights, and collaborate wholeheartedly, embedding the spirit of "United in Overcoming Challenges, Mission Accomplished" into every task to achieve personal and corporate growth together. She also urged them to share the driving force behind their success with colleagues and peers.
