The Hengshui Production Base currently operates 10 glass door and window production lines and 4 dust-free glue injection lines. It is equipped with 4 fully automatic laser marking machines, 4 fully automatic cutting machines, 6 precision edge grinding and cleaning lines, 2 state-of-the-art tempering furnaces, and 2 high-borosilicate fire-resistant glass tempering furnaces measuring 2 meters by 6 meters. Additionally, it has 8 insulating glass lines and 2 laminated glass lines. The current production capacity includes 600,000 square meters of doors and windows per year, 4 million square meters of tempered glass, 400,000 square meters of fire-resistant glass, 1.2 million square meters of insulating glass, and 600,000 square meters of laminated glass. The base is outfitted with new high-end specialized production equipment for glass, doors, windows, and curtain walls, with a CNC rate of over 90% and a total equipment value exceeding 20 million yuan.

The Hengshui Production Base employs over 750 people, including a professional R&D team and 100 technical personnel. It also has 50 management staff with experience in glass, door, window, and curtain wall engineering, as well as over 300 equipment operators, assemblers, glue injection workers, and quality inspectors.
