"Safety is Everyone's Duty, Emergency Preparedness is Everyone's Skill" — Yanyi Group Concludes Safety Knowledge Competition with Success
"Dangers arise from negligence; disasters stem from trivial oversights." On the journey of workplace safety, even the slightest oversight can lead to grave consequences. In June 2025, coinciding with China’s 24th National "Workplace Safety Month" under the theme "Safety is Everyone's Duty, Emergency Preparedness is Everyone's Skill — Identify Hidden Hazards Around Us," Yanyi Group actively responded to the call. Senior leaders including Wang Yuhong, Dou Xiaohong, and Ren Tianming demonstrated their strong commitment by personally attending and participating in this impactful safety knowledge competition.
At the opening of the event, General Manager Wang Yuhong delivered a speech, stating: "Safety is a critical matter that no one can afford to ignore—it is deeply intertwined with our daily lives. In the office, using electrical equipment properly, avoiding unauthorized wiring, and unplugging devices after use are acts of ‘meticulous caution’ to ensure safety. On the production floor, strictly following procedures and wearing protective gear demonstrate responsibility toward both life and work." She emphasized that safety, at its core, is about protecting oneself—striving for a better life requires safety as its unshakable foundation. Only by valuing safety can we steer clear of danger and harm. Her words resonated deeply, reinforcing the inseparable link between safety and personal well-being.
Next, Yang Mengdie, HR Training Supervisor, detailed the competition rules, while Safety and Environmental Manager Zhang Xueli further explained the buzzer and scoring system. As the contest began, the atmosphere grew electric—participants reacted swiftly, answering questions with confidence and showcasing their solid grasp of safety knowledge. The judging panel oversaw the entire process, ensuring fairness, impartiality, and smooth operations.
Following the competition, Ren Tianming, General Manager of the Home Renovation Division, spoke on integrating safety into daily work practices. He stressed the need to "make safety a habit" and announced plans for diversified training programs to further strengthen employee safety awareness, ensuring that safe production becomes deeply ingrained.
After intense rounds of competition, the results were finalized. Attending leaders presented awards to the winning employees, whose proud smiles reflected not just honor, but also recognition of their dedication to safety learning.
For Yanyi Group, workplace safety has always been the lifeline of corporate development—this competition marks only a new beginning. Moving forward, the Group will leverage this momentum to deepen safety education, embedding a culture of safety into daily operations. Simultaneously, it will refine safety protocols, enhance hazard detection, and fortify safety standards. At Yanyi, safety is more than a slogan—it is action. Together, let us set sail with safety as our compass and responsibility as our oar, navigating the seas of safe production toward a brighter future for the enterprise.
