Anchored by industry-education integration and set against the backdrop of urban development, the Zanhuang Vocational Education Center Training Base construction project undertaken by Yanyi Group has been successfully completed. As a benchmark key project in the group's deep engagement in urban development and modern vocational education, this project is firmly aligned with Zanhuang County's strategic layout of "one river, two banks, development along the river." With high-standard construction quality, full-dimensional supporting systems, and refined construction capabilities, it helps upgrade Zanhuang's urban functions, comprehensively elevates the level of vocational education and public cultural and sports service facilities in Zanhuang, and establishes a new benchmark for vocational education training project construction.

The project is located in the Longmen area of Zanhuang County, with a total investment of 146 million yuan and a total land area of 33,653.43 ㎡. The core development is a comprehensive training building with a construction area of 20,525.74 ㎡, scientifically arranging 187 specialized and scenario-based functional rooms, complemented by a 4,300 ㎡ underground space and 150 standard parking spaces, along with a full set of auxiliary facilities including systematic landscaping, dedicated electrical equipment rooms, and comprehensive service management buildings, creating a modern vocational education comprehensive ecological carrier integrating "teaching, research, training, office, competition, and living," completely breaking the limitation of single-function traditional vocational education infrastructure.

In terms of training venue construction, Yanyi Group benchmarked against top-tier professional competition standards to build an 8,000 ㎡ specialized outdoor training complex. The project includes one adult standard professional field, two youth specialized training areas, and a 6,200 ㎡ competition-grade artificial turf field, innovatively adopting 5cm thickened professional competition turf and employing multiple refined special construction techniques such as millimeter-level precise leveling, systematic zoning drainage, and seamless paving and filling, complemented by a professional competition lighting system and standardized fencing. The hardware configuration and construction quality both meet the professional training requirements of China League One teams and their youth squads, achieving a leapfrog upgrade of county-level vocational education training venues from "basic supporting facilities" to "professional competition-grade benchmark."

From the project's preparatory stage, it has consistently adhered to the parallel pursuit of efficient construction and quality control. The project innovatively employed a cross-operation construction model combining "main structure construction + secondary structure + equipment pre-embedment," scientifically coordinating work sequencing, compressing the construction period, and amplifying construction efficiency. On July 28, 2025, through the collective "hundred-day battle" effort, the main structure was successfully topped out. On April 30, 2026, the full design drawings for finishing, installation, outdoor landscaping, and garden works were completed. After 600 calendar days of collaborative effort by the group and the project team, the overall project completed its construction acceptance inspection on August 18, 2026, five months ahead of schedule, with all key milestone timelines fulfilled on time, demonstrating remarkable construction advancement efficiency.

The completion of this benchmark project opens a new chapter. The successful completion of Phase II not only systematically fills the hardware gap in Zanhuang's vocational education training facilities, creating a regionally leading high-end platform integrating industry-education integration training and social skills training, but also lays a solid foundation for the high-standard construction and efficient advancement of the group's Phase III project.
