Recently, Yanyi Group's EPC Division II held a grand commendation ceremony to honor five outstanding employees—Geng Tuotuo, Wang Yanhui, Niu Qi, Li Tao, and Zhao Zebo—for their bravery in confronting theft at a construction site. These employees demonstrated remarkable courage by stepping forward to protect company property in the face of danger.  

Senior leaders including Geng Xuwei, General Manager of EPC Division II; Song Wenhua, Group Engineering Management Director; Li Yakun, Planning & Operations Director; and Dou Xiaohong, HR Director, personally attended the event to present the honorees with certificates of merit and cash rewards. They called on all employees to learn from their example and work together to safeguard company assets and strengthen security measures.  

During the ceremony, Dou Xiaohong, Director of Yanyi Group's HR Center, presided over the event and praised the employees' actions, stating, "Geng Tuotuo and his colleagues have embodied the spirit of 'Yanyi Guardians, Safety Pioneers' through their actions, setting an example for all employees." She emphasized that safety is the foundation of corporate development and urged everyone to enhance safety awareness and actively participate in security initiatives to foster a secure and harmonious work environment.  

Geng Xuwei, General Manager of EPC Division II, remarked that the employees' actions reflected Yanyi Group's strong sense of responsibility and mission, making them a source of pride for the project team. He encouraged all team members to follow their example by staying committed to their duties and contributing to the company's growth.  

The honored employees expressed gratitude for the recognition, stating that protecting company property is every employee's duty. They pledged to continue upholding the spirit of courage and responsibility to ensure the company's safe and steady development.  

This commendation not only recognizes the bravery of these five employees but also serves as an important safety education initiative for all staff.
