On January 11th, the grand ceremony of the 2025 Yan Yi Group Annual Meeting, themed "Yan's Journey Expands Mountains and Seas, One Heart Towards the Future," was held at the Longyuan Hotel in Hengshui. The event celebrated and recognized the outstanding employees and advanced workers of 2024, while also looking ahead to the development strategies and plans for 2025, officially kicking off the 2025 annual meeting.

At 9 a.m., accompanied by a majestic and grand opening video, the 2025 Annual Gala of Yan Yi Group officially commenced.

Business Transformation, Creating the Future.

The annual meeting commenced with a review of the 2024 business operations. Li Yakun, Director of the Planning and Operations Center at Yan Yi Group, presented an overview of the group's overall business performance.

The year 2024 was an extraordinary one for every member of the Yan Yi family. Under the guidance of the group's strategy and through the collective efforts of all employees, each business segment achieved remarkable performance, contributing to a series of triumphant reports on the group's overall business achievements.

Subsequently, the heads of various business segments of the group took to the stage to provide detailed accounts of the operational overview and highlights of the past year.

Fan Jiangang, Vice President of Yan Yi Group, announced the establishment of the Strategic Resource Center, aimed at creating major commercial platforms to achieve collaborative development.

Xu Feng, General Manager of General Contracting Company No.1, and Geng Xuwei, General Manager of General Contracting Company No.2, shared their respective remarkable achievements in project management, quality control, and market expansion.

Qin Ying, Executive Vice President of Yanyi Group and General Manager of the International Trade Business Department, focused on introducing the breakthroughs in international trade business and the layout of overseas markets.

Su Huasuo, General Manager of the Industrial Investment Business Department, and Li Shanquan, General Manager of the Professional Subcontracting Business Department, respectively reported on the steady development in the diversified investment field and the subcontracting field.

Ren Tianming, General Manager of the Home Decoration Business Department, and Xiao Huiqing, General Manager of the Wire Mesh Business Department, respectively demonstrated the innovative achievements and performance in their respective fields.

Elites Rewarded, Glory Bestowed

After the review session, the annual meeting welcomed the exciting award - presentation ceremony. Dou Xiaohong, Director of the Group's Human Resources Center, solemnly and poetically read out the group's commendation order, commending the individuals and teams that had performed outstandingly in the past year.

Fifteen years of trials and tribulations. From the arduous exploration in the initial stage of entrepreneurship, to the innovative breakthroughs in the development phase, and now to the glorious moments of remarkable achievements. On the journey to realize the dream, there are a group of Yanyi people who have been silently persevering. They have been walking side by side with Yanyi for 5 years, 10 years... The years have witnessed their loyalty and also engraved the profound marks of their growth together with Yanyi.

With a heart full of gratitude and respect, the first award to be announced was the "Standing Together through Thick and Thin - Elderly Care Fund Award". This year, a total of 46 Yanyi employees were awarded honorary medals! Jia Xugang, the Chairman of Yanyi Group, and Jia Sibo, the Director of Audit and Supervision, personally presented the medals and bonuses to them.

 In the subsequent award - presentation ceremony, various awards were announced one by one. The winners were beaming with pride and joy on their faces, as their efforts and contributions had been recognized and affirmed by the group. "The edge of a sword comes from grinding, and the fragrance of plum blossoms comes from the bitterness of the cold." Behind their success lies countless times of hard work and unremitting struggle.

The atmosphere at the commendation site was enthusiastic, and the applause from the entire audience rose and fell one after another. The award-winning representatives all expressed that they would cherish the honor, always maintain a striving posture, create a new situation with a sense of responsibility and practical actions, seek new breakthroughs in their work, and strive to contribute their share to the high-quality development of Yanyi Group.

Hold the Flag to Set the Direction and Send Messages for the Future

After the award ceremony, the annual meeting entered the climax of the 2025 group launch ceremony. Jia Xugang, the Chairman of Yanyi Group, delivered a passionate speech. He reviewed the development history of the group, deployed new plans for 2025, focused on achieving a transformation, moved forward steadily and far, and after surpassing the peak, gathered the strength like a powerful army to embark on a new journey. 

Jia Xugang, the Chairman of Yanyi Group, emphasized that in 2024, Yanyi Group accurately grasped the market trends and industrial rhythms, and meticulously constructed the "four major business segments" - Yanyi Urban Development Group, Yanyi International Trade Group, Yanyi Investment Group, and Yanyi Construction Group. Together, they created a diversified and vibrant space, and made every effort to build a comprehensive service system of "urban development + international trade + investment + construction", stimulating the potential of the city with creativity and depicting the future blueprint of the city with a multi-dimensional strategy.

Jia Xugang, the Chairman of Yanyi Group, stated that after the Spring Festival in 2025, the new headquarters located in the ICC Global Intelligence Center in Shijiazhuang will be officially put into use. Yanyi will also form a strategic coordination model of dual headquarters in Beijing and Shijiazhuang, laying a solid foundation for the rapid development of the enterprise. Standing at a new starting point, it is hoped that all employees of Yanyi will join hands and move forward together on a new journey. On the road to the future, they will strive with passion, witness their strength, and jointly compose a new chapter of progress!

With a Powerful Army, Embark on a New Journey

This meeting is a fearless march towards the eventful years and a passionate oath for the future journey. It is a battle flag of struggle and a clarion call for the charge.  

The general managers of the seven business divisions and the Group Strategic Resource Center have signed target responsibility agreements with the group, pledging to spare no effort and uphold their duties to achieve the 2025 goals, solemnly committing to the mission's success.

Following this, the general managers of each business division, in turn, proclaimed their 2025 struggle oaths with resounding and powerful voices. These oaths, like the beating of war drums, were invigorating and inspiring.

Subsequently, an exhilarating moment arrived as Qin, the Executive Vice President of Yan Yi Group, personally presented the battle flags to each business division in turn. These flags, gleaming under the lights, inspired every member of the Yan Yi family to forge ahead and achieve new successes, conveying a message of continuous struggle and promising a different kind of splendor on the new journey!

Solemn Vows, Mission Must Be Accomplished

Under the leadership of Executive Vice President Qin, the entire staff of the group collectively proclaimed the struggle oath for 2025. The oath resonated throughout the venue: "Be strict with oneself, united in purpose, aiming for ten billion in three years and a hundred billion in five years. Yan Yi people, let's go, go, go! Yan Yi people, strive, strive, strive!"

The journey for 2025 begins anew. Yan Yi Group will unite team spirit through culture, focus on the strivers, achieve goals with fervor, enhance management, refine the organization, control risks, aim for results, pursue excellence, and scale new heights!

Warmth in Hengshui, A Blissful Family Banquet

As the Spring Festival of the Year of the Snake approaches, following the morning meeting agenda, Yan Yi Group's Spring Welcome and Thanksgiving Family Banquet commenced amidst enthusiastic singing and dancing.

Qin Ying, Executive Vice President of Yan Yi Group, delivered a toast: "Looking back, Yan Yi Group has achieved remarkable results through the joint efforts of all Yan Yi members. However, we must not be content with the status quo; we must continue to join hands and hearts, look forward to the future together, and pursue even more glorious achievements.

A heartfelt drink is never intoxicating, and heartfelt words are never tiresome! May this wonderful time bear witness to the happiness of the Yan Yi family and also mark a new starting point for Yan Yi's shared success in the future!"

The spectacular performances, lucky draws, and interactive games gradually propelled the atmosphere of the conference to new heights. Amidst the clinking of glasses, the entire team reveled in joy, with the toil of hard work, the delight of success, and the hope for the future all encapsulated in the laughter and merriment.

The road may be long, but it will be reached by traveling; the task may be difficult, but it will be accomplished by doing. In 2025, the path of all Yan Yi members to pioneer and expand is one of maintaining the original aspiration, leading innovation, and achieving even greater brilliance.
