On November 22, 2024, the new employee training of Yanyi Group was held as scheduled at the group's headquarters in Hengshui. A total of 42 new colleagues, both online and offline, participated in this training. The participants included employees who hadn't received training in the past six months. The training aimed to help them quickly integrate into the group, lay a solid foundation, and inject more confidence and motivation into their future work.

This training session kicked off with an ingenious "Tangram Puzzle" activity. The familiar childhood game allowed everyone to relive the joy of their childhood. Meanwhile, through teamwork to complete the task, it subtly brought the participants closer together. "Although the tangram is simple, it's not easy to piece it together quickly. Just like the basic training for new employees, it seems simple and fundamental, but it is an important guarantee for the standardized execution of future work." The warm guidance of the host and the enthusiastic speech of Director Dou from the Human Resources Department conveyed the group's high regard and earnest expectations for the new colleagues. "Lay a solid foundation and start with small things." This brief sentence set the tone for the whole day's training.

In the morning session of the training, General Manager Han from the Group's System Office vividly explained the development history, corporate vision, and core culture of Yanyi Group. From the hardships during its initial establishment to the current glory of leading the industry, every turning point deeply captivated the attention of the new colleagues. Subsequently, under the leadership of Manager Zhang from the Home Decoration Business Department, everyone visited the modern factory area of Yanyi Group. From the efficiently operating production lines to the rigorous and orderly management processes, the new employees personally experienced the company's technological strength and standardized management. This training also specially included a visit to the exhibition hall. The participants personally experienced the performance tests of wind resistance, rain resistance, noise reduction, and thermal insulation of the door and window products, and intuitively felt the strong quality advantages of Yanyi's products.

In the afternoon, the learning content was even more closely aligned with practical needs, covering administrative management, safety training, financial systems, and the operation of the office system. Under the meticulous guidance of the instructors, the new colleagues actively interacted with each other and quickly mastered various practical knowledge. Online participants also actively raised questions in the live broadcast room, forming an interactive connection with the offline site, creating a very enthusiastic learning atmosphere.

As the training was coming to an end, the new colleagues consolidated the learning achievements of the day through a knowledge assessment. During the sharing session, they expressed their thoughts about the training: "Through today's training, I not only got to know the company better, but also clarified my own direction.
