On September 27, 2024, the first "Golden Craftsman Cup" Building Door and Window Installation Skills Competition and the sixth "FBC Golden Xuan Award" for Outstanding Installation Team Award - North China Division was grandly held at Tianjin Housing Group Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. This competition was guided by authoritative institutions such as the National Technical Committee on Standardization of Building Curtain Walls and Doors and Windows and the Inspection and Certification Branch of the China Construction Metal Structure Association. Its aim is to improve the industry's skill level, carry forward the craftsmanship spirit, and promote the high-quality development of the building door and window installation industry. This competition attracted many excellent representative teams from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to participate. The competition content covered many aspects such as precise measurement of doors and windows, stable installation, and quality inspection.

The team representing the group in this competition was led by Tai Maobin, an employee of the group's professional subcontracting business division. The team members included Yang Caiji and Guo Shaowei. The team of Yanyi Group calmly responded and made steady progress during the intense competition, proving their professional level in the field of building door and window installation with practical actions. During the competition, team leader Tai Maobin reasonably allocated tasks and mobilized the advantages of team members, making the entire construction process smooth and efficient, demonstrating a high level of team cooperation ability and a persistent pursuit of quality.

Relying on excellent technology and tacit team cooperation, the team of Yanyi Group stood out among many participating teams and finally won the second prize. They showed exquisite installation skills and a rigorous work attitude in the competition. Every step and every detail were done meticulously.
