On August 24, 2024, Yanyi Group successfully held its 2024 team building event under the theme "Gathering Momentum, Breaking Through the Wind, Forging Ahead, and Never Ceasing Until Victory," which kicked off at the Shijiazhuang Ceramic Culture Center.

The team building event included senior leaders and employees of the group, totaling 311 participants. The event featured two main activities: the fun expansion of "Passionate African Drumming" and the challenging expansion of "Decisive Battle at Cangyan Mountain."

Upon arrival, all participants were divided into 16 groups. While learning about African tribal culture, they also mastered the techniques of playing African drums. Each of the 16 groups formed their own tribes, and under the guidance of their chiefs, established tribal cultures in terms of attire, makeup, music, and dance. Through the division of labor and cooperation among tribe members, each group showcased their unique tribal style during the performance segment.

At the foot of the mountain, after a group photo, each team set off one after another, enjoying the scenic views along the way and checking in at various fun task points. As the altitude increased, the trail became winding and steep, sweat soaked through their clothes, and their steps grew heavier, but no one gave up easily. After more than an hour, each team successively reached the summit. From the peak, all the beautiful scenery was in full view, and everyone's face was beaming with the joy of success.

In the review and summary meeting, Dou Xiaohong, Director of the Human Resources Center, stated that the event effectively enhanced team spirit. This positive and uplifting spirit can improve work efficiency on one hand and lay a solid foundation for the group's long-term development on the other. The team building event not only allowed everyone to relax and unwind but also made them feel the warm care of the Yanyi family, further strengthening the group's cohesion and centripetal force. In future developments, the Yanyi iron army will engage in their work with even greater enthusiasm, contributing the strength of Yanyi to social development.
