Recently, the tests of the dew point and resistance to ultraviolet irradiation performance of the insulating glass with specifications of 6+12A+6 and 5+12A+5+12A+5 independently developed and designed by Yanyi Group were successfully completed at the Technology Center of Yanyi Group. Then, the authoritative inspection was carried out by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Building Curtain Walls and Doors and Windows.

The requirements of the domestic construction industry for the ultraviolet resistance and dew point of door and window glass are gradually increasing, so the research and development of glass by Yanyi Group has become extremely urgent. After consultations and decisions made by leaders at all levels of the group, strong support was given to the independent research and development of ultraviolet-resistant glass by Yanyi Group. A scientific research team was quickly established. Despite various difficulties, the technical problems were overcome. After months of research and various experimental tests, an exciting result was finally achieved.

According to the test results, the tests of the dew point and resistance to ultraviolet irradiation performance of the insulating glass submitted for inspection by Yanyi Group are all qualified. Moreover, the ultraviolet resistance intensity has reached the domestic leading level. This test result effectively solves the problem of the weakness of domestic energy-saving doors and windows. The successful research and development of the ultraviolet resistance and dew point performance of the insulating glass not only makes up for the lack of similar products of Yanyi Group but also adds a significant contribution to the domestic building door and window market.
