On April 12, 2024, Yanyi Group's Engineering Division successfully convened its quarterly recognition ceremony to honor outstanding employees who excelled in completing the Spring Festival collection tasks and to motivate all staff to maintain their enterprising spirit.  

The ceremony commenced with an address by Li Shanquan, General Manager of Yanyi Group's Professional Subcontracting Division. He emphasized the importance of adhering to the Group's working principles, upholding the spirit of "efficient execution and mission accomplishment," continuously refining work methods, and bravely overcoming challenges to achieve all objectives.  

Subsequently, Zhao Wei, Director of Yanyi Group's Human Resources Center, announced the list of award recipients. Outstanding performers in the collection tasks received substantial bonuses in recognition of their individual capabilities and teamwork, which contributed significantly to the Group's development.  

Following the awards presentation, exemplary employee representative Fan Xinming delivered a speech. He expressed gratitude for the Group's trust and support, pledging to maintain high morale while continuously enhancing his professional skills to contribute more to the Group's steady growth.  

In her concluding remarks, Li Yakun, Planning and Operations Director of Yanyi Group's Planning and Operations Center, highlighted that the ceremony not only acknowledged employees' hard work but also served as motivation for all staff. She called for unified efforts across the Professional Subcontracting Division and the entire Group to overcome challenges together, elevate the Division's performance, and achieve sustainable development for Yanyi Group.  

The successful conclusion of the ceremony demonstrated Yanyi Group's care and recognition for outstanding employees while boosting morale and fostering a sense of belonging among all staff.
