The nearest surface water body is the Fuyang River, which is 160 meters southeast of the project. The total floor area is 37,251.64 square meters, and the total construction area is 117,302.56 square meters (among which the prefabricated building area is 29,989.67 square meters). The above-ground construction area is 83,382.07 square meters (including 67,357.80 square meters for residential use and 16,024.27 square meters for commercial use), and the underground construction area is 33,920.49 square meters (including 31,455.43 square meters for residential use and 2,465.06 square meters for commercial use).
