Congratulations to Yanyi Group on winning the bid for the broken bridge aluminum alloy project of the Xuegang Resettlement Housing Project in Huiji District. This successful bid plays a positive role in promoting Yanyi Group's in-depth development in the Zhengzhou market.

The broken bridge aluminum alloy project of the Xuegang (West) Resettlement Housing Project in Huiji District includes two plots, namely Xuegang 1# and Xuegang 2#, with a total land area of approximately 119,200 square meters. The total planned construction area of this project is approximately 540,000 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is about 400,000 square meters and the underground construction area is about 140,000 square meters. The above-ground buildings include approximately 365,000 square meters of residential buildings and about 35,000 square meters of other supporting facilities.

Yanyi Group will also go all out to complete the Xuegang (West) Resettlement Housing Project in Huiji District and contribute to the construction work in Zhengzhou.
