The Lingang Information Park project is an important initiative by China Telecom to implement the national strategy of new-type information infrastructure construction and the "East Data, West Computing" project. It also serves as a key node supporting Shanghai's goal of becoming a global digital hub. The project covers a total planned land area of approximately 300 mu, with a planned construction scale of 400,000 square meters, providing about 40,000 cabinet capacities in total. The current phase occupies 119 mu, with a construction area of 175,000 square meters, offering approximately 13,500 cabinet capacities.
