The kick-off meeting for Yanyi Group's Kingdee Production Module Development and Implementation Project was successfully convened. The meeting was chaired by Han Xiaobo, Systemization Director of the Group's Planning and Operations Center, with key representatives from the Kingdee team and the Production Manufacturing Division in attendance.  

During the meeting, the Kingdee software team presented the project background and objectives, organizational structure and role assignments, implementation methodology and overall plan, as well as potential risks and countermeasures.  

To ensure smooth project execution, Yanyi Group has established a dedicated project coordination team. This team will work closely with Kingdee to advance the development in strict accordance with the project timeline. Additionally, Yanyi Group will strengthen project management and risk control to ensure both quality and progress meet expected targets.  

The launch of this Kingdee Production Module Development Project marks a significant step forward in the Group's production management capabilities. It is expected to enhance production efficiency, optimize workflows, reduce operational costs, and provide new momentum for Yanyi Group's sustainable development.
