On July 3, County Party Secretary Tian Lin and County Magistrate Ma Zhaocai met with Yanyi Group Chairman Jia Xugang and his delegation, who visited Xihua County for inspection and contract signing. Both sides exchanged views on strategic cooperation. Tian Lin stated that in recent years, the Xihua County Party Committee and County Government have positioned their development coordinates, seized the strategic opportunities under Zhoukou's "One Center, Two Clusters" development strategy, adhered to the goal of building a strong industrial county, and focused on the aluminum products production and processing industry. They have accelerated the transformation toward "high-end, intelligent, and green" development, expedited project construction, and strengthened factor service guarantees to provide a favorable business environment for enterprises investing in Xihua. He expressed hope that both sides would further enhance communication and exchanges, leverage their respective resource advantages, identify cooperation synergies in project construction, resource development, and industrial collaboration, pursue pragmatic cooperation, and promote mutually beneficial development.

Jia Xugang remarked that Xihua County boasts significant geographical advantages, an excellent business environment, and tremendous development potential. Building on the foundation of mutual benefit, Yanyi Group will actively innovate cooperation mechanisms and industrial development models based on Xihua's industrial, resource, locational, and transportation strengths, integrating more deeply and broadly into Xihua's economic and social development.
