The project is located in Jiaozhuang Village, Lianchi District, Baoding City, Hebei Province, comprising 4 resettlement areas with a total construction area of approximately 818,100 square meters. The estimated construction and installation cost is about 3.192 billion yuan. Infrastructure projects include municipal roads, pipelines, drainage, landscaping, traffic markings, urban greening, electrical intelligence, and public facilities outside the residential areas, with a total investment of approximately 2.377 billion yuan.
