Recently, Yanyi Group honored and recognized the storm guardians who stood firm at their posts during the April 10–12-level gales. From precise forecasting to efficient collaboration, from team perseverance to unwavering accountability, Yanyi Group delivered a solid performance with zero injuries and zero losses.  

Yanyi Group awarded cash bonuses of 800 yuan per person to 12 outstanding employees who emerged during the storm resistance efforts: Liu Long and Liu Xinzhong from the Group Administration Center; Li Junjie, Wang Hang, Zhang Huan, and Liu Yantao from General Contractor Company 1; and Li Hainan, Li Gang, Zhao Yang, Zhao Zebo, Wang Yanhui, and Niu Qi from General Contractor Company 2. The recognition was conducted through on-site commendation and sharing sessions.  

Dou Xiaohong, Director of Yanyi Group’s Human Resources Center, organized special commendation events at the group headquarters, General Contractor Company 1, and General Contractor Company 2, presiding over the meetings. Director Dou stated: *"Facing the challenge of extreme 10–12-level gales, colleagues from both the Group Administration Center and General Contractor Companies 1 and 2 responded swiftly and with utmost seriousness. From contingency planning to on-site execution, from emergency response to post-storm recovery, the entire process was marked by clear division of labor and efficient collaboration. Ultimately, we achieved our goals: zero safety incidents, effective on-site control, and uninterrupted post-storm operations. The meticulous deployment, orderly execution, and precise risk management formed a seamless ‘safety loop,’ vividly embodying Yanyi’s ethos of ‘acting on responsibility and proving it with results.’"

General Contractor Company 1 – Wuji Project: Standing Firm Against the Storm

Li Junjie, Wang Hang, Zhang Huan, and Liu Yantao from General Contractor Company 1 were recognized for their contributions. Fan Jiangang, Group Vice President, and Li Yakun, Director of the Planning and Operations Center, attended the commendation meeting at the Wuji project site. The awardees shared their experiences in storm response, covering contingency execution, risk assessment, and emergency repairs, highlighting their roles and teamwork.  

Jiang Xiwu, head of the project center, reviewed each colleague’s contributions in detail, ensuring every effort was acknowledged. The team witnessed the strength and cohesion of an organized, well-managed team in crisis response. Team members remarked: *"The company is our home, and as family, safeguarding its assets in harsh weather is our duty."* Vice President Fan added: *"Yanyi Group champions a ‘family culture’ and ‘family spirit’ because every employee treats the company as home, and Chairman Jia treats all employees as family. This fosters a sense of belonging, responsibility, and unity. The 800-yuan reward is both recognition and an expectation—may we unite to excel. Bonuses are uncapped; strive for 80,000, 800,000, or even 8 million! At year-end, let’s ascend the group’s highest podium together!"

General Contractor Company 2 – Zanhuang Front: Unity in Adversity

Li Hainan, Li Gang, Zhao Yang, Zhao Zebo, Wang Yanhui, and Niu Qi from General Contractor Company 2 were commended. Director Dou Xiaohong praised their exceptional contributions during the extreme weather. Geng Xuwei, General Manager of General Contractor Company 2, noted: "Thanks to the group and Chairman Jia’s support, our team could focus fully on their duties. The storm defense success reflects not just professionalism but also Yanyi’s strong cohesion."* Team members affirmed: *"Storm resistance is our duty—as family, we face harsh weather without hesitation."

Group Headquarters Administration Center: Unsung Stars, Quiet Dedication

The group headquarters’ commendation covered three highlights:  

1. Liu Long and Liu Xinzhong from the Administration Center were honored for their outstanding storm response, ensuring headquarters’ safety through meticulous planning and emergency actions.  

2. Administration Director Wang Yuhong received recognition for cost-saving achievements.  

3. Liu Xinzhong, Liu Long, and Si Jiewu (after-sales home decoration) were nominated by the chairman for salary raises, acknowledging their consistent, behind-the-scenes dedication.
