On March 28, 2025, Yanyi Group held a grand Rush Work Pioneer Commendation Conference at the Zanhuang Project Department meeting room to honor frontline workers and engineers who dedicated themselves during tight project schedules, demonstrating the Group's high recognition of employee contributions.  

Recently, facing urgent project deadlines, all frontline personnel voluntarily sacrificed rest time and worked tirelessly to accelerate progress. With strong responsibility and professionalism, they showcased a united and determined team spirit. To express gratitude for their hard work and inspire continued excellence, the Group specially organized this commendation event.  

Hosted by Dou Xiaohong, Director of Yanyi Group's HR Center, the conference was attended by key leaders including Ren Xuzhi, Project General Manager of EPC Division II; Li Yakun, Group Planning & Operations Director; and Han Xiaobo, Systemization Director. Together, they awarded bonuses to outstanding performers during the rush period. In her speech, Director Dou emphasized that Yanyi Group always values employee contributions, and this recognition aims to promote a culture of dedication while strengthening staff belonging and mission.  

Among the honorees, Zhao Zebo stood out for his exceptional organizational skills and professionalism, playing a pivotal role in driving project progress. Following Group evaluation, Zhao was promoted from Road Engineer to Production Manager with a salary increase. This advancement not only acknowledges his personal efforts but also sets an inspiring example for colleagues.  

Project General Manager Ren Xuzhi highly praised the team's tenacity, calling it key to project success and a valuable asset for the Group's sustainable development. He encouraged everyone to maintain this momentum and continue contributing to the company's growth.
