The resettlement housing for the Dongdayang Community in Hongdao Street is located in the High-tech Zone of Qingdao City, south of Dayang First Road, north of the fourth branch of Dayang First Road, and west of the fifth branch of Dayang First Road. The project covers an area of approximately 94,343 square meters and will construct a total of 1,213 resettlement housing units, with a total construction area of 201,170.78 square meters, including an above-ground construction area of 129,921.76 square meters and an underground construction area of 71,249.02 square meters. The main construction content of the project includes the construction of plot 05 in the resettlement area, along with supporting outdoor roads, paving, landscaping, greening, and pipe network engineering.
