The Fanzhuang Resettlement Area is located on the south side of Hehua Road in Lianchi District and is a key livelihood project meticulously crafted by Baoding City to create a quality living city. The resettlement area is equipped with service facilities such as a neighborhood center, and public facilities such as schools, health service centers, and green parks around the resettlement area are being constructed simultaneously. Upon completion, it will create a 15-minute convenient living circle to meet the living needs of surrounding residents. This project consists of 49 buildings, including 44 high-rise buildings, 3 neighborhood centers, and 2 kindergartens, with a total construction area of approximately 616,100 square meters. There are 3,552 residential units in total, which can accommodate 11,368 people.
