Dezhou Vocational College of Technology is located in Tianqu New District of Dezhou, 1.5 kilometers from Dezhou High-Speed Railway Station. The college covers a total planned area of 1,500 acres with an investment of 2 billion yuan and is a key educational project in Dezhou's urban area. Upon completion, it will accommodate 35,000 students and is expected to train over 10,000 skilled professionals annually.

The project is being constructed in two phases. The first phase, including teaching buildings, training buildings, student dormitories, Youth Restaurant, Lakeside Restaurant, and sports fields, was put into use in September last year. Currently, the library, concert hall, and intelligent transportation training building are under construction, with the main structures completed and interior decoration underway.
