The contracted project is located in the southern district of the Development Zone in Wuji County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. It covers a total land area of 741 acres, with a total construction area of 750,000 square meters, including 110,000 square meters for the comprehensive service area and 640,000 square meters for the production workshop area. This project is an integrated ecological industrial base and commercial center that combines high-end leather manufacturing, experimental research and development, trade and logistics, creative exhibitions, cultural tourism integration, dining, and residential functions. The project aims to create the "China Northern Green Ecological Leather Circular Economy Industrial Technology Demonstration Park," building an innovation system and a conservation platform to promote industrial upgrading, cultivate a fertile ground for enterprise development, and drive the economic takeoff of the regional industry.
