The first phase of the Hengshui Zhonghu Science and Education Park project is located to the west of Zhonghu Avenue and north of Heyan Village. The project covers an area of 150.78 acres with a total construction area of 108,000 square meters. It mainly includes (12 main buildings): a comprehensive library of 12,000 square meters, a teaching building of 31,000 square meters; an experimental and science building of 12,500 square meters, a communication and reception center of 8,500 square meters; a performing arts center of 4,800 square meters, a gymnasium of 8,000 square meters; a canteen of 10,000 square meters, student dormitories of 26,000 square meters, and auxiliary facilities of 600 square meters. This project is a significant part of Taocheng District's strategy to strongly guide Heyan Town to widen and upgrade Zhonghu Avenue into an urban tourism landscape avenue.
