The Baoding Lianchi Jiaozhuang Project is located in Jiaozhuang Village, Lianchi District, Baoding City, Hebei Province. It consists of 4 resettlement areas with a total construction area of approximately 818,100 square meters and an estimated construction and installation cost of about 3.192 billion yuan. The infrastructure project includes municipal roads, pipe networks, drainage, landscaping, traffic signs and markings, garden greening, electrical intelligence, and public facilities outside the community, with a total investment of approximately 2.377 billion yuan. Upon completion, the resettlement community will become a large-scale new modern, green, and livable community in Lianchi District, Baoding City, greatly enhancing the city's image, advancing the modernization of Lianchi District's urban construction, and adding new momentum for high-quality urban development.
