The Hengshui Taihe New Metropolis project is developed by Zaoqiang Dinghe Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. The project is located north of Renmin Road and west of Changming Street in Hengshui City, within the scope of the Southwest High-Tech Zone. The project covers a total area of 25,769.04 square meters (approximately 38.65 acres) and plans to construct: nine 18F/-2F residential buildings, one 2F supporting service building, and an underground garage. The planned total construction area is 88,058.52 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is 64,402.52 square meters, and the underground construction area is 23,656 square meters. The building height limit for the plot is 54 meters.
