On October 29, 2025, the launch ceremony for the "Digital Trade Talent Base Industry-Education Integration Collaborative Education Project," jointly organized by the School of Economics and Management of Hebei University of Economics and Business, the Hengshui Municipal Commerce Bureau, and Alibaba (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully held in Shijiazhuang. As one of the participating enterprises, Yanyi International Trade Group attended the launch ceremony alongside representatives from over 30 companies across various sectors.

As a key initiative to foster the regional digital trade talent ecosystem, this project aims to establish a tripartite collaboration mechanism among the government, universities, and enterprises. Focusing on talent demands in the digital trade sector, it seeks to promote joint curriculum development and practical training, thereby supplying high-quality talent for industrial growth.

A crucial component in achieving these goals was the Entrepreneur Forum held concurrently. During the forum, Yanyi International Trade Group's Human Resources Director, Dou Xiaohong, engaged in discussions with representatives from universities, government, and other enterprises on the topic of "Aligning Digital Trade Talent Cultivation with Industry Needs." Drawing from the company's practical experience, she shared insights into the competency requirements for roles in cross-border e-commerce operations and international supply chain management. She also introduced the internship platforms and practical position resources that Yanyi International Trade Group provides for students, aimed at enhancing their professional skills and shortening their transition period into employment through industry-education integration.
