On April 24, 2025, Yanyi Group held a themed symposium titled "United Efforts for Progress and Win-Win Results —— Co-creating a New Development Blueprint for Yanyi Group". The symposium aimed to promote and adjust the salaries of outstanding employees since the beginning of 2025, summarize the past, look forward to the future, give play to the exemplary leading role, stimulate employees' motivation to strive forward, and initiate a new model for improving employees' capabilities.
Dou Xiaohong, the Director of the Human Resources Center of Yanyi Group, presided over the meeting and deeply interpreted the group's personnel optimization strategies and achievements. She pointed out that the purpose of personnel optimization is to scientifically plan the talent structure, tap employees' potential, and through a series of reforms such as job restructuring and the upgrading of the training system, significantly improve the group's team efficiency and inject new impetus into the enterprise's development. In the first quarter of 2025, a group of outstanding employee representatives emerged from various business divisions and centers of the group. The entire symposium lasted for 2 hours. There were two branch venues set up at the headquarters in Hengshui and Shijiazhuang. At the same time, some outstanding employees whose salaries were adjusted but could not attend the meeting in person participated through an online meeting. After all the participating employees finished sharing their growth experiences, Li Yakun, the Director of the Planning and Operation Center, delivered a speech. She first congratulated the promoted and salary-adjusted employees and brought new welfare policies of the group, announcing richer holiday benefits, demonstrating the company's care. She guided the speech with the core concept of "Starting with salary, Anchoring with heart, Being grateful and cherishing, and Inheriting simultaneously".
