Heartwarming Ceremony: Yanyi Group Holds 2025 Employee Children Scholarship Grant Event

On August 21, the Yanyi Family Love Charity Foundation successfully held its annual employee children scholarship event, congratulating the children of group employees on their outstanding academic achievements and wishing them a bright future in 2025! The activity not only delivered heartfelt blessings and growth guidance to the employees’ children but also provided great encouragement and confidence to the young students on their growth journey.  

The event was hosted by Han Xiaobo, President of the Yanyi Family Love Charity Foundation. He conveyed the sincere blessings of the group company and the chairman to the students. As an important vehicle for Yanyi Group to fulfill its social responsibility and care for employees, the Yanyi Family Love Charity Foundation has always been committed to supporting the educational development of employees’ children. This year’s event welcomed both first-time recipients ("new students") and those who have continued to receive support ("returning students"). Through its dual-track support model of "financial aid + growth guidance," the foundation has tangibly helped numerous employee families, safeguarding the growth paths of their children.  

At the event, Dou Xiaohong, Director of the Human Resources Center, offered comprehensive and in-depth development advice to the students on the theme of "Academics · Career · Life." She encouraged everyone to start planning and designing their futures as early as possible, engaging in heartfelt conversations with each child, listening to their growth experiences and future dreams.  

Regarding academic planning, she advised the students to quickly adapt to the pace of university learning, proactively expand their knowledge boundaries, focus on cultivating critical thinking and innovation capabilities, and actively participate in scientific research projects and professional competitions to lay a solid foundation for future further studies or employment.  

In terms of career planning, Director Dou provided personalized guidance based on the students’ professional backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of establishing career directions early and understanding actual job requirements. She also revealed that Yanyi Group would open a green channel for internships and employment, offering practical support to the students.  

On the level of life planning, she encouraged everyone to value the development of soft skills such as emotional intelligence, teamwork, and time management, maintain physical and mental health and a positive attitude, learn to exert their influence in collective settings, and strive to grow into responsible and compassionate young individuals of the era.  

Subsequently, a university admission letter dreams was solemnly scanned and stored in the "Yanyi Student Growth Archive." Brand-new luggage suitcases, bags, and scholarship funds were presented to the students—not only as material support but also as solid wings provided by the enterprise to help young dreams take flight. At the end of the event, the children were taken to see the place where their parents work day and night, helping the younger generation deeply understand the value of dedication and perseverance.
